 Joe Young has been a fixture in our community for many many years. Joe is not only a past  Lake Orion Village Manager but also a past Village Manager in the Village of Oxford. Joe has always been involved with all community events and in retirement, he is still involved. Joe does great work as a balloon artist. We thank Joe for all of his time he has given to our community!
