Citizen of the Year

Brian Winter began serving the Lake Orion community as a teacher and CO-DECA Advisor at LOHS. Now, alongside his wife Susan, he empowers students worldwide through their study skills curriculum. Humbly volunteering in a variety of ways, his most notable contribution was the social media efforts for the Save The Lake Orion DDA campaign. Brian’s dedication to Lake Orion stems from his desire to create an exceptional hometown for his children, Mark and Maddie, and all “Dragons”—past, present, and future.
